The Tapestry of Health sites are community-based, nonprofit organizations that are direct service sites of the Family Health Council of Central Pennsylvania, Inc. (FHCCP).
Collectively, the Tapestry of Health WIC Programs serve over 12,000 participants monthly providing:
- Comprehensive nutrition screening
- One-on-one counseling and educational services
- Breastfeeding education and support
- Supplemental food vouchers
- Referrals
- Free Nutrition Information
